Non-EU international students (including Indian students) admitted to a Dutch university bachelor's or master's programme
Why it matters
The Netherlands is home to world-class universities (TU Delft, Leiden, Wageningen). The Holland Scholarship offsets tuition for Indian students — often combined with other funding to make Dutch study viable.
