1. Who we are

fiDeep is a subscription-based EdTech platform that helps Indian students discover global opportunities — internships, scholarships, fellowships, MBA programs, and more. Anyone can browse opportunities for free; Pro subscribers additionally get step-by-step application guides and other premium features.

2. What we collect

We collect only the information necessary to create your account and provide our services. When you sign up we store your name, email address, college, expected graduation year, and target path. When you interact with the product we may also store your bookmarks, flag reports, and subscription state. Payment details are handled entirely by Razorpay — we never see or store your card, UPI, or netbanking credentials.

3. How we use your data

• Authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• Personalise recommendations based on your target path.
• Process subscription payments and manage your Pro status.
• Send transactional emails (verification, receipts).
• Investigate abuse and improve the product.

4. We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share data only with the service providers we need to operate the platform (for example, Supabase for authentication and database, and Razorpay for payments), and only to the extent needed to deliver the service you asked for.

5. Cookies

We use a small number of first-party cookies for login sessions and to remember lightweight preferences (for example, whether you’ve dismissed the “Install fiDeep” prompt). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

6. Your choices

You can update your profile information at any time from your dashboard. You can request account deletion by writing to us at the email below. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data other than what we are required to retain for billing, tax, or legal reasons.

7. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on managed infrastructure with encryption at rest. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and to notify you if a breach ever affects your account.
