Refund Policy
How cancellations and refunds work for fiDeep Pro subscriptions.
1. Free vs Pro
Browsing opportunities on fiDeep is free. Pro subscriptions unlock detailed step-by-step application guides and other premium features. Only Pro subscriptions involve payment and therefore fall under this refund policy.
2. Automatic renewals
Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual, whichever you chose) until you cancel. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time by writing to us or from your dashboard. Once cancelled, future renewals stop immediately and no further amount is charged. You keep Pro access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
4. Refunds for completed billing periods
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund completed billing periods, unless a refund is required by applicable law. This means:
- If you cancel a monthly plan mid-cycle, we do not refund the current month; you keep access until the month ends.
- If you cancel an annual plan mid-year, we do not refund the remaining months; you keep access until the year ends.
5. Discretionary refunds
We may issue a refund at our discretion in cases of duplicate charges, technical failures on our side, or where a refund is legally required. To request a refund on these grounds, write to us within a reasonable time of the charge and include the Razorpay payment reference.
6. How to request a refund or cancel
Email us at support@fideep.app with your account email and the Razorpay payment or subscription id. Approved refunds are returned via Razorpay to the original payment method; timing depends on your bank or card network.
